At Blueprint Properties Inc we do things differently:

We bring over 25 years of experience in every aspect of residential home building, project management as well as residential and commercial renovation projects.  We have exceptional expertise in restoration, cleanup and rebuilding of residential and commercial properties after catastrophic events (ie. fires, tornadoes, floods and other natural disasters).

We accommodate projects ranging in size and complexity. We also have the resources for planning, designing, implementing and managing projects for clients with various custom requirements in single family homes. This includes total demolition and complete rebuilding of custom residential properties, rental property conversions and complete renovations. We are well versed in Parts 3 and 9 of the Building Code as well as any supplementaries. This makes us fully qualified to take on residential and commercial building and renovation projects. Each project is carefully planned, implemented and managed to meet and often exceed client expectations in accordance to local bylaws, best practices and the compliance of applicable Ontario Building Code, as well as the CSA Natural Gas and Propane Installation Code CSA B149.1, CSA Field Approval Code of Appliances B149.3-10, TSSA – Field Approval Code, the Ontario Electrical Code, and other standards as applicable to specific projects. As a Tarion licensed builder, Blueprint Properties Inc. offers the Tarion warranty (from one to seven years) for all new building construction. On all our renovation work, we provide a two year warranty.
