Birchwood is a small, family owned company that was founded in 1971. Since this inception we've built over 450 new homes in Regina. We currently offer a variety of models in our portfolio to suit different lifestyles and requirements. Our in-house design team can accommodate growing families, "empty nesters" and those in between. Birchwood's tightly knit team, experience and commitment to the highest standards ensure that each new home meets your expectation for quality, value and fine craftsmanship.

Given this commitment; we have established long standing relationships with our various suppliers. Many of which span more than 25 years. These relationships have been a key element in defining the homes we build for our customers.
