Les Bellamy has been designing and building exceptional homes since 1998. He imagines and creates every residence we develop himself. Our owners work directly with Les to achieve their vision.

Les leads a team of like-minded professionals. We work in perfect sync to achieve unique design solutions, excellence in quality and superior attention to detail. We pride ourselves on our strong communication with our clients. We’re a boutique firm, specializing in projects that offer creativity in both design and problem solving. To ensure our Bellamy standard, we only build six to eight homes each year.

We aim to exceed each customer’s expectations. To support this goal, we work only with experienced and highly qualified engineers, architects, designers and tradespeople.

Bellamy Homes has received 40+ industry awards since we began, and were named the 2015/16 Small Business of the Year by the Kelowna Chamber of Commerce. We’ve won several awards for our design, construction and customer service, and we take pride in our reputation as Kelowna’s finest new home builders.
