Anvale Homes was founded in 2007 by husband and wife Angelo and Valerie Gerardi. Although they each bring forth a unique set skills, both share a passion for building and creating unique, innovative and quality crafted homes. They understand that building or renovating a home is as much of a financial investment as it is an emotional one. Anvale Homes goes beyond simply building your dream house; they are dedicated to creating a space you’d be proud to call home.

Angelo and Valerie have a hands-on approach to building. They personally hand-pick and gather a team of designers, suppliers and subcontractors to ensure that each home is constructed with the utmost skill, quality and craftsmanship suited to the client’s needs, decorative taste and lifestyle.

Each with their own unique skill set, Angelo and Valerie work hand-in-hand through every stage of the project in order to ensure that you enjoy every bit of customizing your home. From providing floor plans to picking the perfect back splash, no detail is too small to go unnoticed.
