• Add 6″ wide vertical waterfall to ensuite shower
• UPgrade Front veranda to Composite decking with PT stained steps
• Upgrade front veranda skirting to hardie panel
• Add rear PT deck w/ PT Wood rail
• Front entry and nook doors to match the color of hardie panel aged pewter
• Delete all banjo top countertops in bathrooms
• Upgrade fireplace surround to 6′ wide tile installed full height to ceiling (vaulted)
• Upgrade kitchen,pantry,great room, and nook to silver series hardwood
• Upgrade kitchen backsplash selection
• Add Accent paint up to 4 walls
• Upgrade to modern block headers
• Change all robe hooks on plan to standard towel bars
• Upgrade shelving throughout home to MDF
• Rough-in gasline only to garage for future garage heater
• Upgrade bathroom sinks in main bath, ensuite and basement bath to modern undermount rectangular sinks
• Add Keyless entry to Front door
• Delete laminate top from basement bath and upgrade to quartz with undermount sink
• Upgrade main bath to skirted tub with 3 tiled walls full height to ceiling
• Upgrade 3 way switch in mudroom/laundry at garage to motion switch at garage door
• Revise door swing on mudroom/laundry door to swing to the LH side towards the linen closet
