Every Crosslink home comes with a one year Comprehensive warranty on Defects in Materials and Workmanship, two years on Defects in relation to Delivery & Distribution Systems, five years on Defects in the Building Envelope and ten years of Structural Defects warranty under National Home Warranty. Each home is also registered with Alberta Municipal Affairs in the New Home Buyers Protection program.

Homes by Crosslink is committed to providing excellent after sales service. Once you move into your home we want you to have confidence that we are still there protecting you. That is why we have proactively created two stages of warranty checks to assist in the maintenance of your home. We will be scheduling visits at 4 months and 11 months respectively for our warranty provider to walk with you through your home. They will identify any areas of deficiency, verify maintenance schedules on mechanical components and answer any questions you may have regarding your home.
Another part of our commitment to the quality of your home is communication. Anytime before your 11 month scheduled check, feel free to provide us with an extra service list and we will take care of it.
