NUDE was designed from the inside out. We started with the people who are going to call this building home, and created floorplans that reflected their lives— linear kitchens mean larger living spaces, custom millwork means bigger bedrooms, and large balconies mean sweeping city views and privacy from neighbours. The result is a highly elegant yet simple building and a lasting addition to our city’s skyline in the form of a proclamation for individuality - Hide Nothing. 

LIFE AT NUDE

NUDE is not a collection of 177 homes; it’s an ecosystem. That ecosystem is curated by a community coordinator who designs events for residents, hosted on the communal rooftop garden, the penthouse resident lounge (ping pong tournament anyone?), BBQ kitchen or at one of the many fine establishments nearby. Beyond laying the foundation for a community, the building has also taken into consideration the details of urban living — a parcel room, a main floor bike parking garage, bike maintenance area, and a pet grooming station mean living your biggest, best life has never been easier.
