I have been selling realestate in the Cochrane and Calgary area since 1993. I am #1 top producer for CIR Realty NW and TOP 5 in all the company for 2017. I was also number 1 in 2014 for the company. I have obtained the Calgary Real Estate Million Dollar Club since 2000 and have continued to be in the top of my company. I also have an interior design and staging back ground so useful in helping clients with color, layout, and renovation ideas. I have flipped four homes in the last 5 years and have a good knowledge of what to look for and do in renovations, along with following home inspectors for over 20 years you do learn alot about the bowels of a home. My knowledge of the area, homes and builders who have come in and out of Cochrane over the years gives me the advantage of who built the home, what type of builder they were, the area ,and its perks or issues, etc. I love Cochrane and what a family can gain from living here. I also sell acreages, new builts, condos, raw land, light commercial, residential, and have good knowledge of all.
