Exceptional outdoor living spaces! The clients built this home as their summer retreat but enjoyed it so much that they moved here permanently. The vaulted great room allows for entertaining large groups of friends and family inside and the multiple decks encourage indoor/outdoor living all year round. The “3 season” rear deck features patio heaters, ceiling fan, skylights, wood burning fireplace, stamped “timber plank” concrete and the wide staircase is a great social gathering site. One level living at its best. Everything needed is on one floor but when company arrives the large open area upstairs converts to two bedrooms if necessary by closing the folding door. The detached garage is used as an art studio and cycling storage. Backing onto a creek and only minutes from the beach this home is truly in an idyllic setting. The plans for this home were completed by Keith Construction.
