Since 1985, we have been building superbly crafted structures in Cochrane and area. The industry may have grown and changed a lot in these past 35 years but we continue to honor the legacy of our founder, Kern Kingsmith, by building with highly skilled people that produce the are able to exceed the industry’s highest standards.

Our close partnerships with subcontractors and suppliers ensure that we are able to deliver consistent quality in ever job.
